The interactive automated telephone system is IP based so all hosting is done by us and enables the system to handle up to 20+ concurrent callers. The robust system is fully customisable to work in conjunction with either fixed rate and premium rate number schemes and can interconnect with any database type (MS SQL or MySQL, etc) in numerical format. The system if required can be further adapted to send receipts via mobile phones with barcodes (if you want to sell tickets etc) as attachments or link attachments.
